Patina is a design studio based in Belfast, Northern Ireland specialising in recycling waste textiles into innovative, wearable designs.

Established in 2021 with a simple mission: to cut down on textile waste and help the environment.

With our background in the used clothing industry, we specialise in saving textiles destined for landfill and turning them into exciting, innovative products. Our journey hasn't been without challenges, including legal disputes from companies opposed to us reusing their materials. Despite these hurdles, we're dedicated to making a positive impact on our planet by redefining the perception of 'waste' and shaping the future of textile design.

The name "Patina" reflects our belief that things become more beautiful with age. We value the uniqueness of our products, knowing they don't have to be perfect to be special. At Patina, every item has its own story, and that's what makes us unique.
