The Wool Crew Jacket returns for the third year of our collaboration with Albert Muzquiz. Inspired by 1950s whipcord jackets and made from vintage wool blankets and discarded wool jackets, it pairs a classic workwear shape with the texture and character of repurposed wool.
This year, your feedback helped shape the finer details:
- Separate handwarmer pockets sit behind the two front snap-flap pockets, so you can warm your hands while keeping your belongings secure.
- A vintage-inspired brass ball-and-chain chest zip pull is easier to grip with gloves.
- A two-way brass main zip opens from the bottom for more comfortable sitting and commuting.
- An interior stow pocket keeps smaller essentials close to hand.
Albert is 6'0" and wears a Medium.
Please note: colour and texture may vary slightly between jackets due to the repurposed materials.
The main exterior & collar of the jacket is made from 100% repurposed and recycled used materials.
For some aspects of the Wool Crew Jackets it was not possible to use recycled components.
The zip is new - at present we have not found a way of using recycled zips due to sizing issues.
The lining on the jacket is also new.
