PATINA SHIPPING POLICY
We ship worldwide from our studio in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders placed before 3PM Monday to Friday will normally be dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after 3PM, at weekends or on UK public holidays will normally be dispatched on the next working day.
During product launches, sales and other busy periods, processing may take slightly longer than usual.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
UNITED KINGDOM
UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Delivery normally takes 1 to 2 working days from dispatch. This is an estimated delivery timeframe and is not guaranteed.
EUROPEAN UNION
Orders to European Union countries are shipped using a tracked courier service, normally UPS.
Patina operates from Northern Ireland and, under the Northern Ireland trading arrangements, orders sent to customers within the EU should not normally be subject to additional import duties or customs charges.
Delivery normally takes 1 to 4 working days from dispatch, depending on the destination.
UNITED STATES
Orders to the United States are normally shipped using UPS.
Delivery usually takes 1 to 4 working days from dispatch. Customs processing may occasionally cause additional delays.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges applied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless otherwise stated at checkout.
REST OF THE WORLD
International orders are sent using a tracked courier or postal service selected according to the destination.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and local customs procedures. Any estimated timeframe shown at checkout begins from the date of dispatch, not the date the order was placed.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges applied by their country unless otherwise stated at checkout.
TRACKING
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow time for the tracking link to become active after receiving your dispatch confirmation.
DELIVERY ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your address. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or dispatched.
Patina is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
DELIVERY DELAYS
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by customs inspections, adverse weather, courier disruption, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.
We will always assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee delivery by a particular date unless this has been expressly agreed in writing.
LOST OR MISSING ORDERS
If your tracking has not updated or your order appears to be delayed, please contact us at hello@patina-world.com with your order number.
We may need to allow the courier’s investigation period to pass before an order can be formally treated as lost. Once confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate resolution.
DAMAGED PARCELS
If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the outer packaging before opening it.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number, photographs of the packaging and photographs of the item received.
REFUSED OR UNCOLLECTED PARCELS
If an order is returned to us because it was refused, left uncollected or could not be delivered due to an incorrect address, any original shipping costs and return charges may be deducted from the refund.
If you would like the order resent, additional shipping charges may apply.
PRE-ORDERS
Products purchased on pre-order will be dispatched according to the estimated shipping date stated on the relevant product page.
If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the full order may be held until every item is ready to ship unless otherwise stated.

Présentation de Kantha 001 – une collection exclusive de 80 vestes uniques en leur genre, nées de couvertures Kantha antiques. Kantha, une ancienne tradition de recyclage, nous a inspiré à emmener ce matériau remarquable dans une nouvelle direction.
Dérivées du mot sanskrit signifiant « chiffons », les couvertures Kantha racontent une histoire de résilience, fabriquées à partir de couches de saris et de dhotis mis au rebut, maintenues ensemble par des points de suture complexes. Avec nos vestes, nous honorons cet héritage en donnant une nouvelle vie à ces textiles réutilisés.
L'extérieur principal et le col de la veste sont fabriqués à partir de matériaux 100 % réutilisés et recyclés. Le tissu est composé d'anciennes couvertures Kantha provenant d'Inde.
Pour certains aspects des vestes Kantha, il n'a pas été possible d'utiliser des composants recyclés.
La fermeture éclair est neuve – pour l'instant, nous n'avons pas trouvé de moyen d'utiliser des fermetures éclair recyclées en raison de problèmes de taille.
